Programmes @ Zhenghua Dance Club:

The aims of our programmes at Zhenghua Dance Club are not to just inspire dance in our students but also to mould friendships across races and religions. Dance is more than movement, it’s an unspoken language that binds all. We also believe that by exposing our dancers to many different events and dance genres, we build strong values such as leadership, resilience, versatility and most importantly, we create moments for our dancers to shine.

Dance members at Katapult

Zhenghua Dance Club has been steadily growing in numbers, a testament to the art form gaining interest amongst today’s youth. Our members, trained in both Malay Contemporary Dance and Street Dance, are energetic and united. This spurs on every member to do his best for the club.

2019 has been a year of achievements and milestones. For the first time, we achieved two Certificates of Distinction in the SYF Art Presentation. We were also extremely honoured to have been invitied to perform for Mdm President Halimah Yacob and her guests at The Istana’s Hari Raya Open House. Another proud moment was clinching 1st Runner-up position, the highest rank we have ever achieved, in the Super24 Competition Qualifiers.

Under the tutelage of celebrated instructors Mr Osman Abdul Hamid, Mr Alif Aircho and Mr Arif Airflow and dedicated teachers, we hope our Dance Club continues to flourish.
